Refund policy

At MATCH, we aim to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your product, we offer an easy return process within 90 days of receiving your order.

To begin a return, contact our customer support team at info@matchwalks.com with your order number and the reason for returning the item.

Return Guidelines: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll confirm if it meets our return requirements.

If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us immediately for a replacement.

Custom or personalised items, bulk orders, and gift cards cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout, including incorrect product selection or delivery address issues. We are not liable for any lost or stolen products after delivery has been completed.
